Problems with deactivate or reactivate my license

If you are experiencing issues with deactivating or activating your license in OneTap version 6.5.0 or newer (from June 11, 2025), please follow these steps:

  1. Remove the license code from the input field and click the blue “Save” button. (You can find this button under Position Settings)

  2. After saving, re-enter your license code und klicken Sie dann auf die “Activate License” .

This should resolve most issues related to license activation or deactivation. If it doesn’t, feel free to contact our support team.
